Holiday Home "Velebit" is placed in the center of Nin. It occupies the first floor of a family house which is rebuilt at 2017 with special attention on internal design and space. It is ideal for families with kids and up to 4-5 adults and 2-3 kids because it offers enough space to play and at the same time for parents to relax.

Although placed in the center of Nin, it is a quiet area. On the front side, there is a huge balcony with a hot tube and grill for relaxing mornings and romantic evenings. From the rear, there is a 20m2 terrace ideal for morning breakfasts. In "Holiday Home Velebit" there are two separate bedrooms. One with a king-size double bed and a sofa for two persons. The other room has two single beds that can be connected in one double bed. Next to the rooms, there are two separate bathrooms. The bigger one with bathtub, shower, washing machine and toilet, and the other, smaller one, with a shower and toilet. Every room has a separate air conditioning system for cooling and heating. Bathrooms have floor heating if required. The kitchen is connected with the living room through an open space with direct access to the balcony. In the living room, there is a sofa that might be extended into a double bed. Special attention we put on the cleanliness of the apartment. We want every guest to feel like they are entering a brand new home.

Holiday Home Velebit is suitable for winter-season accommodation. Every room has separate heating by air conditioning and additional heating by mobile heaters. Every bathroom has its floor heating. The minimum stay is 30 days at a special discounted price without extra expenses.

Holiday Home "Velebit" is about 800 meters away from the beach. You may go on a walk (10-15 min) or by car (5 min). An extra payment is required to access the beach parking space by car. We offer free beach and public parking ticket if you take public parking for your car instead of the "Holiday Home Velebit" parking space. Public parking is 50 m away from the apartment.

Nin is a very old town with 2 history museums and the "Salt Museum". Nin beaches are ideal for kiteboarding. Also, you may take a kiteboarding course. Also, Nin's sand beaches are ideal for small kids. Sand beach spreads into shallow seawater (50 centimeters) for up to 50 meters. Therefore, parents may just look at the kids while they are playing.

Payment options. We offer payment by bank transfer, Pay Pal, and on-site payment upon arrival. 

25% of the amount (non-refundable) is paid at the time of booking. The rest of the amount (75%) is paid by Pay Pal or bank transfer 7 days before arrival or directly in cash immediately upon arrival. Additionally, upon arrival, a deposit of 200 euros is paid for the damage, which is returned upon departure, if there are none.
